Cancellation Timeframes
More than 7 days before service: Full refund or rescheduling available with no penalty.
3-7 days before service: 50% refund or rescheduling available, subject to availability.
Less than 3 days before service: Refunds are not available, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability and at our discretion.
Rescheduling
We are happy to work with you to reschedule your service to a more convenient time. Rescheduling is subject to our availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original service date when possible.
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service (such as changing the number of guests or menu selections), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, though modifications may affect pricing.
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days.
Force Majeure
In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, severe weather, or other emergencies), we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate accommodations. Full refunds may be available in extreme circumstances.
